Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

1. Scope of Journal
Global Journal of Novel Pharma and Paramedical research (PPMR) is dedicated to the publication of original research articles, Review articles, Case reports, Case series for the utilization of the improvement of knowledge containing new insight into any aspect of Biological Sciences, Medical & Health Sciences.
The scope of coverage is broad, encompassing all the articles explaining and exploring significantly to further the Scientific knowledge related to the field of Pharmacy i.e. Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutical Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Clinical Pharmacy, Bioinformatics, Pharmaceutical Management, Health Care Management, Hospital Management, Biochemistry, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Research, Hospital Pharmacy, Community Pharmacy, Quality Assurance, Pharmacy Practice, Medical Informatics, Radiology, Laboratory Sciences, Physical Therapy, Health Sciences, Rehabilitation, Nursing and Midwifery, and Other Related Subjects in order to promote the quality of education and research and to share scientific experiences.
2. Editorial Process
The manuscripts submitted to the Global Journal of Novel Pharma and Paramedical research will be reviewed for possible publication.
The received manuscripts are duly acknowledged. Manuscripts with original work, a novelty in methodology/intellectual, or significant results alone will be considered editor further process else the manuscript will be rejected. As a first step, the plagiarism of the manuscript will be checked by the editorial board. The manuscripts with less than 20% are sent to 3 reviewers of the same field for scientific assessment. Each manuscript is also assigned to one editorial board member for the follow-up. The editorial board member can take a final decision on the manuscript based on the reviewer’s comments. The authors will be communicated the reviewer's comments and decision on the manuscript.
Al accepted articles will be edited for language grammar, punctuation, and format. The final page proof will be sent to the corresponding author, for the check. If the author found any correction, it has to be communicated within 3 days. The unresponsive or any correction beyond 3 days will not be included in the final publication.
3. Clinical trial registry
The authors submitting manuscripts in the Global Journal of Novel Pharma and Paramedical research (PPMR) need to provide a Clinical trial registration number, if applicable.
4. Authorship Criteria
It is recommended for the authors to follow the guidelines for authorship that are applicable in their research domain.
Authorship should be based only on significant contributions including
1. any part of the design, analysis, and execution or preparation of the manuscript.
2. a critical role in the intellectual content of the submitted manuscript.
3. Revise the final version and approve the article to be published.
The authorship and position in authorship should be given based only on significant contribution in any part of the manuscript preparation and/or research work carried out. Funding the work does not treat as a contribution. Each contributor should have performed their individual role in developing this manuscript. Based on their role, the authorship positions can be fixed by the authors with their mutual consent. Once the manuscript is submitted, the authorship position will not be changed without the written consent of all authors.
The publisher and journal assume that all the authors agreed with the content to submit and that they obtained consent from the responsible authorities at the institute/organization where the research work has been carried out.
5. Conflict of Interest
The authors submitting manuscripts in this journal are advised to submit the conflicts of interest along with the manuscript. This journal avoids conflicts of interest from any parties involved in this manuscript.
The potential conflicts of interest which should be disclosed include service, any consultancies, stock ownership, patent applications, grants, or other means of funding involved related to the manuscript research work. Hereby all authors are advised to reveal the Potential conflicts of interest in the initial stage.
6. Copy of any permission
To reproduce or reprint published material, and to use illustrations or report information about identifiable people a copy of the permission obtained must accompany the manuscript. Any form of copying of the manuscript must be properly cited properly and take written permission from the publishers and the corresponding author along with content or manuscript prepared for submission anywhere. For permission, the prepared manuscript can be sent to the address mentioned in the contact us section.
7. Types of Manuscripts and Limits
The Global Journal of Novel Pharma and Paramedical research (PPMR) is a regular monthly journal, published by ADSRS Education and Research. This journal invites only the original research works and high-quality manuscripts for the authors.
Research Article
Global Journal of Novel Pharma and Paramedical research (PPMR) encourages the authors to submit their research articles. It should contain original work encompassing all the articles explaining and exploring significantly to further the Scientific knowledge related to the field of Pharmacy i.e. Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutical Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Clinical Pharmacy, Bioinformatics, Pharmaceutical Management, Health Care Management, Hospital Management, Biochemistry, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Research, Hospital Pharmacy, Community Pharmacy, Quality Assurance, Pharmacy Practice, Medical Informatics, Radiology, Laboratory Sciences, Physical Therapy, Health Sciences, Rehabilitation, Nursing and Midwifery, and Other Related Subjects in order to promote the quality of education and research and to share scientific experiences. Manuscripts should be accompanied by an abstract, introduction along with literature review, methodology (images, flowchart, and tables), result & discussion (graphs, charts, and tables), conclusion, and reference. The abstract of the manuscript should be less than 250 words and in single paragraph and the length article is limited to 15 pages (including references). The exceeding of the page limit will be charged per page basis.
Review Article
Global Journal of Novel Pharma and Paramedical research (PPMR) encourages the authors to submit the review articles in any category of this journal. The review articles will be prioritized in accepting for the process is based on the current need of the topics. The review articles should have an abstract with a conclusion of the deep review, introduction, review of articles and comparison of articles with methodology or results, and conclusion of the article with research gap and reference. The abstract is limited to 250 words and the length article is limited to 15 pages (including references). The exceeding of the page limit will be charged per page basis. If the table size is large, it can be submitted as an annexure.
8. Online Submission of Manuscript
All manuscripts must be submitted online through the website. First-time users will have to register at this site. Registered authors can keep track of their articles after logging into the site using their user names and password. Whenever submitting an article to the Global Journal of Novel Pharma and Paramedical research (PPMR), the author must include the following items. Manuscripts that do not adhere to the following instructions will be returned to the corresponding author.
• The author must submit the cover letter along with the manuscript.
• All the contributed authors should be carefully considered and listed in order before submission. All author names, designation, affiliation, and email. id, and mobile must be entered.
• Authors who have a conflict of interest or have received financial support should disclose this support on the title page of the article or on a separate sheet. If no conflict exists, please state that “no conflict of interest is declared.”
• All authors should be thoroughly reviewed for proper grammar and scientific findings of the articles before being submitted. The consent form should be submitted by all authors.
• Once the article is accepted for the process, all the authors have to submit the copyright transfer form.
9. Preparation of Manuscript
The manuscript submitted to the Global Journal of Novel Pharma and Paramedical research (PPMR) should be in the following order of sections:
· Tittle
· Author with Affiliation
· Abstract
· Keywords
· Introduction along with literature
· Methodologies
· All figures (include relevant captions)
· All tables (including titles, descriptions, and footnotes)
· Result and Discussion
· Conclusion
· Acknowledgement
· Reference
The text of original articles should be divided into sections with the headings: Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, References, Tables, and Figure legends. For a brief report include Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Case report, Discussion, Reference, Tables, and Legends in that order. Do not use subheadings in these sections. Use double spacing throughout. Number pages consecutively, beginning with the title page. The language should be American English.
Title:
Paper titles ought to be composed in sentence case letters, not all capitalized. Don’t include complex formulas in the title. The title should be very precise of the article and it should not be more than 15 words.
Abstract
The unique must be a brief however comprehensive reflection of what is in your article. In specific, the unique must be self-contained, without truncations, references, or references. It ought to be a microcosm of the complete article. The abstract must be 250 words or less. Be sure that you adhere to these limits; otherwise, you will need to edit your abstract accordingly. The abstract must be written as one paragraph, and should not contain displayed mathematical equations or tabular material. The abstract should include three or four different keywords or phrases, as this will help readers to find it
Introduction
State the background and foundation of the work or study. The major outcome-focused should also be discussed. The organization of the article should be highlighted and the expected outcome should be included.
Materials and Methods
This is the core section of the article where methods of process, protocol, calculations, implementation, ethical data for the processing, and procedures of the work should be briefly elaborated. This section can have multiple subsections based on the type of work expressed in this manuscript. Technical information of this work should be expressed in a detailed form including details of apparatus/device/components.
Statistics
Whenever framing the manuscripts, the findings can be indicated with standard units. If there is any comparison of data, it should be tabulated with standards units. Each statistical form of data should be narrated with relevance to the work. Use proper abbreviations for statistical terms used in this manuscript.
Results
Present the results in sequential order. The result sections may consist of graphs, charts, tables, and illustrations or the findings may be represented in any the forms. Each result item should be critically expressed or summarized.
Discussion
The key findings of the manuscript should be critically analyzed and expressed. The outcome of this work should be expressed in a systematic Interpretation and implications in the context of the totality of the evidence. Controversies raised by this study, and future research directions should be incorporated.
References
References should be numbered consecutively in the order in which they are first mentioned in the text (not in alphabetic order). Identify references in text, tables, and legends by Arabic numerals in superscript with square bracket after the punctuation marks. References cited only in tables or figure legends should be numbered in accordance with the sequence established by the first identification in the text of the particular table or figure.

Tables
• Tables should be self-explanatory and should not duplicate textual material.
• Tables with more than 7 columns and 25 rows are not acceptable. (it can be attached as Annexure)
• Number tables, in Arabic numerals, consecutively in the order of their first citation in the text and supply a brief title for each.
• Place explanatory matter in footnotes, not in the heading.
• Explain in footnotes all non-standard abbreviations that are used in each table.
• Obtain permission for all fully borrowed, adapted, and modified tables and provide a credit line in the footnote.
Illustrations (Figures)
• Upload the images in JPEG format. The file size should be within 4 MB in size while uploading.
• Figures should be numbered consecutively according to the order in which they have been first cited in the text.
• Labels, numbers, and symbols should be clear and of uniform size. The lettering for figures should be large enough to be legible after reduction to fit the width of a printed column.
• Symbols, arrows, or letters used in photomicrographs should contrast with the background and should be marked neatly with transfer type or by tissue overlay and not by pen.
• Titles and detailed explanations belong in the legends for illustrations not on the illustrations themselves.
• When graphs, scatter-grams or histograms are submitted the numerical data on which they are based should also be supplied.
• The photographs and figures should be trimmed to remove all the unwanted areas.
• If a figure has been published elsewhere, acknowledge the original source and submit written permission from the copyright holder to reproduce the material. A credit line should appear in the legend for such figures.
• Final figures for print production: If the images uploaded are not printable quality, the publisher's office may request higher resolution images which can be sent at the time of acceptance of the manuscript.
